Device Security and Login on Mobile
When you install cuantoto on Android via APK or access cuantoto.app in iOS Safari or Chrome, the first security checkpoint is your login. Your username and password form the baseline; cuantoto does not accept weak passwords (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and one number or symbol).
Mobile login differs slightly from desktop. On Android and iOS, cuantoto can store your login session for 24 hours if you remain active. This means you do not re-enter credentials every time you open the app. However, closing the app on a shared device or after 24 hours of inactivity forces re-authentication. You can manually log out at any time from the account settings menu.
If your device is lost or stolen, your cuantoto account remains protected because the attacker would need both your username and password. Session-based access does not bypass password protection; it only avoids repeated logins during a continuous session. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact cuantoto support via live chat or email immediately—we can remotely log out all active sessions on your account within minutes.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
cuantoto offers optional two-factor authentication via SMS or email. When enabled, logging in on a new device requires a one-time code sent to your registered phone or email address. This code expires after subject to verification, so attackers cannot use an old code to gain access.
Enabling 2FA adds a security step but does not prevent account access—it just requires one extra verification. We recommend 2FA if you fund your account via DANA, e-wallet, or other high-value payment methods. For users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or other major cities, SMS delivery is reliable and typically arrives within seconds.
Password strength matters for your account safety
cuantoto enforces minimum password rules but cannot force you to choose a truly secure password. Avoid passwords that are dictionary words, birthdays, or sequences like "12345". Use a password manager app to generate and store a random, unique password—this prevents lockouts and credential reuse across other sites.
KYC Verification and Document Upload
Before you can withdraw funds from cuantoto, your account must pass KYC verification. This process protects both you and cuantoto by confirming your identity and preventing money-laundering abuse. On mobile, KYC upload is straightforward: you photograph your government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driving license) and upload it directly in the app or via the mobile browser.
The verification team reviews documents within 24 hours. If your photo is blurry, cut off, or does not match your account name, cuantoto staff request a new upload. You receive a notification in the app explaining what was rejected. Re-uploads typically clear within 4 hours. Once approved, your account status shows "KYC verified" in the settings menu.
Address verification may be requested if your ID does not include a current address. You can provide a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the past 3 months. These documents are also uploaded via the app and reviewed within 24 hours. The process is automated for most users; if manual review is needed, cuantoto staff contact you via the phone number on file within business hours.
Payment Method Security and Withdrawal Verification
Your deposit payment method ties directly to your account security. When you fund cuantoto via mobile bankinglocal payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, cuantoto confirms the transaction with the payment provider in real time. This means your account balance updates instantly, and the payment provider (not cuantoto) holds your original funds until they arrive in your cuantoto wallet.
For withdrawals, cuantoto applies an additional review layer. When you request a payout, the system checks: Is your account KYC-verified? Does the withdrawal amount exceed any limits set by your payment method? Is there unusual activity on your account? Most withdrawals clear these checks automatically and move to processing within minutes. Withdrawals to local payment or online payment typically complete within subject to verification; bank transfers (to e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment accounts) may take 1–2 business hours depending on banking hours.
If a withdrawal is flagged for manual review—because of a large amount, a new payment method, or a pattern change—cuantoto's financial team contacts you via the registered phone number to confirm the request. This prevents unauthorized withdrawals if someone gains access to your account credentials. Once confirmed, the withdrawal resumes processing.
Handling payment disputes and chargebacks
If you dispute a deposit charge with your payment provider (local payment, online payment, or your bank), cuantoto's compliance team is notified. The account may be temporarily frozen during the dispute resolution process, which typically takes 10–30 days depending on your payment provider's investigation.
We recommend confirming each deposit amount before completing the payment. Mobile screens can be small, so double-check the currency and amount shown by your wallet or bank before confirming. Once a deposit is confirmed by the payment provider, it is final; chargebacks filed after the fact create disputes that can lead to account suspension.
Session Management and Automatic Logout
cuantoto's mobile app and web browser implement automatic session timeouts to prevent unauthorized access on shared devices. If you have not interacted with the app for subject to verification, your session is considered idle and requires re-login. This timeout applies even if the app is open in the background.
You can manually adjust timeout settings in your account preferences. Options range from subject to verification (strict security) to 24 hours (convenience on a personal device). We recommend shorter timeouts if you use shared phones or public Wi-Fi. After holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, when family members may use shared devices, verify your timeout settings are secure.
Password Reset and Account Recovery
Forgot your cuantoto password? The recovery process is designed to prevent unauthorized resets while allowing legitimate account recovery. On the login screen, select "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email or phone number. cuantoto sends a password reset link (email) or one-time code (SMS) that expires after 1 hour for security.
Click the reset link or enter the code, then create a new password. Once changed, all previous sessions on your account are logged out automatically—if someone was using your account, they lose access immediately. The new password takes effect after subject to verification as the change propagates across all cuantoto servers.
If you cannot access your registered email or phone number, cuantoto support can verify your identity through alternative means—such as your identity number, last four digits of your deposit payment method, or recent transaction confirmations. This recovery typically takes 1–2 business hours depending on support volume. Contact support via live chat (fastest response), email, or in-app help during business hours across Indonesian cities including Medan, Bandung, and Surabaya.
